We are a family run business based in Wiltshire with over 25 years experience in the catering trade. We offer a tailor made service to suit your requirements.

We specialise in supplying hog roasts and carveries for weddings, private parties, outdoor events, medieval nights, Masonic evenings, Christmas parties, barn dances, corporate events, clubs and pubs etc with hundreds of very satisfied customers to our credit.

 

In addition to our hog roasts we also cook whole roast lamb/ quarter hinds of roast beef, whole venison, whole roast turkey and chicken. To compliment your hog roast, we supply freshly baked bread rolls, hot sage and onion stuffing, home made apple sauce and mouth-watering crackling to die for. And to compliment any of the above we can supply delicious jacket potatoes and a large choice of side dishes and mixed salads of your choice, all of which are sourced from local growers and suppliers in the Wiltshire area. Our hog roast and carvery is served from our heated stainless steel serveries by two fully qualified staff.

 

In addition to providing our hog roast and carveries for private functions, we regularly attend major national outdoor events including pop concerts, car & motor bike events, steam rallies, county shows, firework displays, horse shows, village fetes etc again with lots of very happy organizers to our credit.

 

Due to the expansion of our hog roast business we can now offer a cook and delivery service for those who would rather do it themselves (this includes everything you need for that perfect special event).

 

We also hold all the appropriate health and safety certificates, this includes hygiene and food handling, gas and electric certificates and public liability insurance, (these are a legal requirement) and we are very proud to have been awarded with a 5 star rating from our local health and safety officer for our excellent standards.
